We are looking for someone who is technically bright and customer service driven. This is an important role in our company, as you (with the help of the infrastructure team) will be supporting all 50 of us from 8am to 5pm, ensuring we aren’t losing productivity due to technology issues. You will be installing, configuring and maintaining computers and related hardware, identifying and resolving computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
You will have experience in a windows environment and be able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical people, you will have a high attention to detail, love solving problems and working in a team.
