Account Manager

About us:

As Account Manager you will support your clients with solutions that deliver their digital needs and aspirations.  The client base will include several high-profile NZ accounts and international accounts.

About you:

You have a strong track record of success with B2B solution selling,ideally in the ICT space. This role will require you to build, enhance and expand our client and partner relationships. You are an exceptional communicator, with a high level of integrity, and a passion for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with both new and existing clients. You are adept at managing forecasts, tracking customer data and quotas motivate you. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and pride yourself on your negotiation and relationship management skills.

Above all, you are passionate about identifying opportunities and providing the innovative fit for purpose solutions clients need to keep their businesses winning.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and enhance account strategies and manage your account portfolio.

  • Provide leadership and engage with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Build, retain and expand client/partner relationships, with a view to deeply understanding their business and identifying further opportunities for Enlighten to solve client pain points by offering effective and compelling solutions

  • Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

  • Assume responsibility to forecast and effectively manage pipelines

  • Support client onboarding and use internal processes to ensure solid commercial agreements are in place

  • Actively work with the team to engage and support execution of marketing initiatives

What would make you ideal:

  • 5-8 years of demonstrated success in 

  • B2B ICT sales including enterprise selling;

  • A proven ability to work withCIOs, CMOs and CEOs as well as Technical and operational leads;

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative internal and client relationships

  • A high level of confidence and ability to influence

  • A passion for sales and technology

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills

  • A Degree in business, scienceengineering or computer science (desirable)

  • Based in the Waikato (desirable)
