Due to exponential growth both within the NZ and US markets, we are looking for an experiencedAccount Manager to join our highly inclusive and talented team. You will work on several high profile and international accounts. 

  

About you:

 

You have a strong track record of success within the ICT space and are excellent at selling business solutions. This role will require you to build, enhance and expand our client and partner relationships. You are an exceptional communicator, with a high level of integrity, and a passion for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with both new and existing clients. You are adept at managing forecasts, tracking customer data and quotas motivate you. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and pride yourself on your negotiation and relationship management skills. 

Above all, you are passionate about identify opportunities and providing the innovative fit for purpose solutions clients need to keep their businesses winning. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Develop and enhance account strategies and manage your account portfolio.

  • Provide leadership and engage with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Build, retain and expand client/partner relationships, with a view to deeply understanding their business and identifying further opportunities for Enlighten to solve client pain points by offering effective and compelling solutions

  • Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

  • Assume responsibility to forecast and effectively manage pipelines

  • Support client onboarding and use internal processes to ensure solid commercial agreements are in place

  • Actively work with the team to engage and support execution of marketing initiatives

 

  

What would make you ideal:

 

  • 5-8 years of demonstrated success in ICT sales
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative internal and client relationships
  • A high level of confidence and ability to influence 
  • A passion for sales and technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • A Degree in business or computer science (desirable)
