Co-Pilot (formerly known as Halo) is Gallagher’s public facing website and e-Commerce-like portal for customers to purchase and administrate a new security product developed by Gallagher. It allows customers to request quotes, receive a customised quote for fitting out their business, and make purchases.

It was vital for Co-Pilot to integrate with SAP, Gallagher’s main ERP (enterprise resource planning) system and the platform upon which they conduct most of their business. The site also had to join with an installer partner portal to take care of quote creation and the actual security product itself.

This was a huge and highly complex project, spanning almost a year. In the end, the sophisticated integration needed to create a successful platform – and have a happy client at the finish line - can be attributed to Enlighten’s expertise.
