We’re looking for Analyst and Senior Developers who are passionate about data and bring strong technical expertise to their work. These roles are critical to the industry, involving software development, data modelling, and applying AI solutions to solve complex problems. You’ll apply problem solving expertise in engineering and software development to data and reporting challenges, with a solid grasp of best practices and a passion for building reliable, scalable solution. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals on projects that span both local and global clients. In addition to technical skills, we value a commitment to sharing knowledge and supporting others. The developer role also includes leading training sessions and mentoring team members to help grow their capabilities.

Skills you have – or will develop here

  • Experience in SQL, ETL, data warehousing, data modeling, data analytics, and data engineering using platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Fabric.
  • Experience building data warehouses with Kimball and Data Vault methodologies.
  • Ability to mentally model and visualize data.
  • Experience using Power BI for report building and data storytelling.
  • Experience creating custom visualizations to communicate data and insights in new ways.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and C# for application development.
  • Experience working with Git and implementing CI/CD processes in an Azure environment with infrastructure as code.
  • Enthusiasm for exploring and sharing new possibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
  • Professional skills: attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Confidence in presenting and clearly explaining technical concepts to others.
