Transforming CX at the Global Digital Banking conference
It was a full house at the RFi Global Digital Banking conference at Langham hotel on Wednesday 8th March.
We were there in force as co-sponsors with our partner IDIOM. It was a great chance to demonstrate to the attendees how Enlighten and IDIOM can help digitise complexity across FinTec.
I especially loved Paul Shetler (Chief Digital Officer, Australian Government at Digital Transformation Agency) keynote challenge to us all to
-be more nimble,
-have courage to break out of the old way of "doing projects"
-work harder to listen to our customers THEN
-deliver smaller projects, more frequently and more successfully.
And if both the Australian and UK governments can get Agile then surely we all can...
